Returns and Refund Policy
At Malfah Enterprises, we maintain a transparent returns and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Below are the scenarios in which returns/refunds are applicable:
Wrong Item Sent
If the received model differs from what was displayed in the photo or if there are discrepancies in technical specifications, Malfah Enterprises will offer a full replacement or refund once the product returns back to Malfah Enterprises. (Only bank transaction charges will be deducted)
However, this must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by supporting photographs and videos and confirmed by Malfah Enterprises Quality and packaging support team remains subjective that No damage has been occurred by the buyer and there is a genuinity for refund or replacement to the customer Please note that due to manufacturing modifications, the colour of certain products such as Machines, Tools, Equipment, Spares, or Accessories may vary.
Defective/Incomplete Product Received
If a defective or incomplete product is received, Malfah Enterprises will offer full refunds, replacement, or availability of spare parts/missing pieces (if applicable and availability of stock). Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product, along with supporting visual evidence. (Only bank transaction charges will be deducted)
Note: Customers must share an opening/unboxing video of the goods with the customer care team.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed using a payment gateway or any other online banking/electronic funds transfer system authorized by the Reserve Bank of India, and will be credited to the customer's account from which the transaction amount was paid. (Only bank transaction charges will be deducted)
If the payment was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), Malfah Enterprises will execute a NEFT bank transfer to the customer's bank account. Required information includes:
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- Name of the Account Holder
- IFSC Code
Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account.
