Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. However, once shipped, cancellation is only possible through RTO (Return to Origin) procedures. Prepaid orders will be refunded in full upon cancellation. (Only bank transaction charges will be deducted)
If a cancellation request is made before the product is shipped, Malfah Enterprises will issue a full refund. However, cancellation requests must be filed within 24 hours after placing the order.

Cancellation Standards:
- Incorrect or incomplete customer address information (such as street number, landmark, etc.) may lead to cancellation.
- Should you notice incorrect product pricing or specifications, kindly reach out to us at malfah@yahoo.com.
- Product unavailability: In rare instances where a product is out of stock with the vendor, cancellation may occur.
- Suspected false information provided.
- If our Logistic Courier Partner deems a region as non-serviceable or out of the delivery area, the order may be cancelled.
